Starbucks is an officer for the LAPD. She worked alongside Officer Maloney when she was a rookie cop.
Biography[]
Officer Starbucks was tasked to investigate the body of Johnny Ghost with Officer Maloney in a convenience store, her first mission. Soon after they figured out what and who it was, Starbucks quit and shot a warhead in the remaining customers outside the store which killed them alongside with Officer Maloney.
Starbucks joined Maloney, driving her own police cruiser as a rookie officer. She had problems handling her missions, such as driving right up to a suspect wielding a nuke, drawing her Magnum when she entered a crime scene and running over the thief of Maloney's cruiser.
